SIMULACRA
Shoot 2 of NONSENSE
“Simulacra” is a playful exploration of the fine line between control and chaos. Inspired by the idea of living in a space we’ve constructed ourselves, the shoot reflects the digital illusion of power, where players believe they’re pulling the strings but are really just pieces on the board. It’s a nod to the creative freedom and imagination that thrive in these spaces, proving that even in a world of make-believe, the line between creator and participant can easily blur.
Will Wright, creator of Sims says, “I wanted players to feel like they were gods controlling stupid ants when, in reality, they were actually ants pretending to be gods.”
